If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, you may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, provided the piece is unused, unpersonalised, and returned with tags and packaging.

Personalised and made-to-order pieces are exempt from the standard right of withdrawal where they are made to your specification.

Write to us before returning so we can issue instructions. Return shipping is at your cost unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

Faulty goods will be repaired, replaced, or refunded in line with statutory guarantee rights.
